FAQ
How should we dress for our session?
Neutrals, neutrals, NEUTRALS.
If your outfits are too loud or busy, you will get lost in the background of your photos. Try and limit patterns to one or two people, depending on the size of your family. I'm here to provide help with any outfit planning!
My kids are wild, is that an issue?
As a mom of 3 wild and crazy kids myself, the simple answer is NOPE.
I am here to capture you guys in your purest form and the kids tend to run the show to help things go smoothly. Bring bribes, bring snacks, and we'll take breaks if needed!
Why do you say golden hour is the best for outside sessions?
Sunlight is a jerk sometimes. During the day, especially during the summer, that sun can get really harsh and it'll wash out your photos. If evening doesn't work we can attempt shade and locations less lit but it's best to go with that golden hour glow.
We're awkward in front of the camera, can you help us?
Hi I'm Lisa and I'm here to make you laugh.
No really, I have some off the wall prompts to help you loosen up and get comfortable with being in front of the camera. One thing I've been told time and time again is that I am great at making people feel comfortable in front of my camera very quickly.
Do you offer sessions outside of your usual list?
Yes! I'm here for it all. If you have something you want to do and want it photographed- Hit your girl up! I'm down for anything, and we'll come up with a price together for whatever it is you need.
Do you have a studio space?
YES. A friend and I recently opened a new studio downtown Spokane above Rocket Bakery and it's set up for any and all sessions you can think of. There is also an abundance of props for newborns and babies, as well as a client closet!
